For runners who want more training capabilities, the Forerunner 210 can also create customised interval sessions and display the pace for each interval. When the Forerunner 210 is paired with the optional foot pod, the runner will be able to view their cadence or steps per minute, when the data is uploaded to Garmin Connect
Follow Your Heart
The Forerunner 210 comes bundled with a premium soft strap Heart Rate Monitor to display heart rate in beats per minute. It has five heart rate zones, which can be customised to meet your individual requirements. Heart rate alerts can also be set up to notify the runner when they are above or below their targets. Forerunner 210 provides heart rate-based calorie computations to accurately track calories burned
