How much GastroChoice¿ IBS do I need:

Adults:
Acute: 2-3 capsules per day in a single dose or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
Chronic: 1 capsule per day or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.

Children able to swallow capsules:
Acute: 2 capsules per day in a single dose or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.
Chronic: 1 capsule per day or as prescribed by a healthcare professional.

The contents of the capsule may be dissolved in water or sprinkled over food for those unable to swallow the capsule.
