GCB-1 is a machine designed for the secondary curing process of most LCD/DLP/SLA printed models. Models being in this process will gain an optimum appearance and function to the largest extent.

￣ﾀﾐEvenly Curing With 360ￂﾰ Rotating Tray￣ﾀﾑ: With 7 rounds per minute its tray performs, this curing box leaves no dead angle, which offers the processed models a far smoother and evener appearance.
￣ﾀﾐIntelligent Protection￣ﾀﾑ: This product is designed with auto-protection mechanism. If you try to uncover the hood while the machine is working, it will automatically shut down the UV lamp and the motor. If you want the process to be continued, just cover the hood back to the machine.
￣ﾀﾐLengthening Lamp Board￣ﾀﾑ: Equipped with 6 UV lamps, the curing box will operate a far more effective curing process with its luminous power of 220W/mￂﾲ.

Notes:
Please make sure that the printed model has been washed in advance, or the secondary curing process will cause a pale surface on the finished model.
For smoothly assembling the product, please read this User Manual before you access to assemble the machine.
Ultraviolet will be produced while the curing box is working. For your protection, please apply this machine in a correct way.
The curing box will produce an intense blue light which might hurt your eyes. So don't stare at the curing machine for long time.
Please be cautious when apply to use the product, or the box will be damaged if falls down.
