Two blades make this spiral slicer ultra efficient
Choose vegetables that are wider than they are long, and cut down to less than 8cm to fit longer veggies inside the bowl of the slicer
Works best with potatoes, beetroot, apples, cucumbers, onions and sweet potatoes
To maximise cutting surface, slice off uneven ends to create a flat surface on the top and bottom of the veggie
Use the rotating julienne blade wheel to choose your cut - 3, 6 or 12mm wide and 2.5mm thick
Store cut veggies in the collecting bowl using the lid provided
Leaves only a small disc in the tines of the rotating pusher
