Crucial Step: You must pour the supplied 50ml bottle of 20W50 lubrication oil into the gearbox port and insert the red breather pin before turning on the power or cycling the motor. Running the drive gear assembly dry will cause immediate, irreversible thermal galling of the internal gears and void the mechanical warranty.
Steel Drive Rack Installation Mechanics The included 4 meters of steel drive rack must be welded or bolted securely to the lower gate framework. When setting up the motor pinion clearance, ensure a uniform 2mm vertical gap exists between the top teeth of the motor pinion gear and the valleys of the steel drive rack across the entire travel span.
