Please note: Since we have to fit in with schedules and the grading company needs time to select and make up our orders, we will batch all diamond orders received. All orders are placed on a Monday and are collected on a Friday. We can only place your order once payment has been made in full and the funds have cleared.  Please no deliveries or collections.  All diamonds are graded by a Qualified EGL Diamond Grader. Diamond from 0.01cts to 0.14cts will not be certified, because of the high cost. If not happy with this arrangement, please don`t order at all.

 If you are looking for a very specific diamond, we may be able to assist - all larger diamonds will come with an EGL certificate

• We accept BobPay for your convenience. You may also settle through EFT (Internet Banking) - we do not charge any fees for these payment methods. We expect all payments to be made within 5 working days from close-of-auction. We do not accept Paypal.

• We prefer to ship via Speed Services Couriers.This is a trackable service. We can ship worldwide, but shipping costs on international orders will be dealt with on an individual basis.
