The technician will check the device based on your complaints. The technician will then contact you to explain what should be done. If the device cannot be repaired then the technician will suggest that you replace the old faulty part with a new one.Do I have to pay extra to repair/replace the part?There will be no extra cost. You will only pay the cost quoted above.What happens if the device needs new parts?The technician will advise you on all the parts that need to be replaced. The cost of these new parts will be communicated to you. However, the technician will charge you extra to replace the extra parts. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, so the technician will call you and advise on the way forward.Can you collect the broken device from my address?Yes, we can collect the broken device.
