Shipping – SA Postal Service will be used. Buyers to contact the seller prior to bidding if courier must be used so that seller can inform buyer of Courier Cost.

Returns – A 20% restocking fee is deducted for all returned items from the amount paid for the item/s. Due to the delicateness of items and the packaging involved shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds – will only be done once the item has been returned and received, at the buyers cost. Refunds will only be done on defective items (ALL ITEMS ARE CHECKED AND IN WORKING CONDITION PRIOR TO SHIPPING) & where the item is not as per the Description on the auction.

All items will be shipped the day following the payment confirmation from Bid or Buy. You may send me the proof of payment and I will get your parcel ready for shipping but shipping will only occur once payment confirmation has been received via BOB.
