2. If we send you the wrong item, keep it and we will send the right one .
3. We ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. This excludes weekends and public holidays.
4. We offer a 30 day replace or refund for faulty items. Items damaged due to misuse are not covered.

 

1. Please checkout and pay as soon as you  win the auction so we can reserve the colour you want. We reserve colours on a first checkout basis. We reserve a colour  description for 7 days. If payment is not received by then we give that colour to someone else.
2. Please complete your payment as soon as possible. If you encounter difficulties in making your payment please talk to us. We do not like filing SNC's but if you do not communicate with us we will file SNC after 7 days.
3. We accept EFT, cash deposits and Bobbucks for payment
   
4. If you intend to participate on the next auction please checkout first for product reservation.You can pay for all your purchases at once as long as the first one is not past the 7 days

1. We allow combined shipping for items bought or won within the same week from Monday to Sunday.
2. If you want your item insured please add 2.5% and indicate you require insurance.
3. Tracking number will be provided within 2 working days after payment is received.
4. We ship by SAPO. Shipping is R35 and courier R55 to all major centres.
