Genl. Jan Smuts  - Metal Cast in high relief

On offer this highly collectible solid metal cast of Genl. Jan Smuts.  I think it is bronze, but it may be brass.  It is a heavy item, weighing 1.75kg, it stands 17.5cm tall, 20cm wide and 4.5cm from front to back.  Please note the tiny hole in the front of the cast, I suspect done at time of casting (see last pic below).
