Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond my control – therefore I automatically insure your parcel. Please note: we have a private insurance for our shipments, therefore it will not reflect on your postage stamp!!!
Please inform me if you do not receive your parcel / it is damaged so that we will be able to claim from the insurance.
Checkout and Payment are due within 14 days of an Auction closing. I am very happy to combine shipments up to 4 weeks, please simply let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
Should I not hear from you I will send you a friendly reminder 7 days after your purchase, a Sale Not Complete will be filed thereafter.
Please remember: Postage is always for the buyers account. Please note this also applies to unclaimed parcels that need to be resent, or parcels that are sent back from buyer to seller;
Sellers are charged listing fees for Auctions and incur many hidden expenses such as commission for every “sale” completed if we receive your payment or not.

Postage rates are standard and are in line with most BoB sellers. Remember, postage also includes packaging material such as bubble wrap, envelopes, stamps, tape, insurance with postoffice and private one !! etc..
