Georgian Silver Basting Spoon by 'Richard Crossley' (1786)
This very early, fine quality, large, solid silver basting spoon, from the late 1700's is in excellent condition with lovely clear English hallmarks. The spoon has the 'Old English' shaped handle with an engraved crest of a 'wolves head and collar' at the top. It was made in 1786 in London by silversmith 'Richard Crossley' (RC) and measures 29cm in length with a weight of 105g.
