GERMAN CHAMOMILE x100+ seeds

Matricaria chamomilla is one of several different species in the daisy family (Asteraceae) that have the common name chamomile. Also known as German chamomile or wild chamomile, it is one of two species commonly used for making the tisane (herbal infusion) called chamomile tea.

Chamomile has been valued as a digestive relaxant and has been used to treat various gastrointestinal disturbances including flatulence, indigestion, diarrhea, anorexia, motion sickness, nausea, and vomiting. Chamomile has also been used to treat colic, croup, and fevers in children.

They all like plenty of sun and light soil that drains freely but doesn't dry out totally or get waterlogged. Chamomile grows quickly and should start flowering in as little as ten weeks. But do take care to protect seedlings and young plants from slugs and snails.
