Manufactured at the RAILWAY WORKSHOPS, TABORA these are wartime provisionals. 
Very crudely struck. 
Usually with porous, pitted surfaces. 
Many serious faults such as holes, cracks, nicks and misplaced dies. 
Several minor varieties. 

This coin is KM 15a.
