 German Imperial Zeppelin Fund Donor's Medal of 1912 

This medal was given to donors who donated funds to help "Graf Zeppelin" rebuild after the loss of LZ4 which was destroyed when it caught fire after landing to carry out engine repairs during a projected 24-hour endurance trial. The medal was made by Lauer of Nuremberg.
