The pattern 1856 sword bayonet was used on Enfield 3 Band muskets. Most on these bayonets were made in Britain but this particular one had a knight's helmet stamp on the Ricasso which means it was made by Weyersberg Kirschbaum, a German Manufacturer. I'm not sure who would've used this bayonet as there's not many other markings. The only two other markings I can find are a crown with either 82 or 92 below it (on the other side of the ricasso) and a small "S.R." on the cross guard.
International bidders may want to sit this one out as this may not get through international customs.
