German Salt Glazed Stoneware Planter Pot with Cobalt Blue Decoration 14cm

Description
Traditional salt-glazed stoneware planter featuring hand-painted cobalt blue scroll and floral decoration. The grey-beige clay body has a soft sheen typical of salt firing, with unglazed interior and simple incised banding around the form.

The base is impressed 10, likely indicating the size or model number. No visible factory stamp.

This style of pottery was widely produced in Germany using centuries-old salt glazing techniques and remained popular throughout the mid 20th century. The decoration and form are consistent with German workshop production.
