A very rare autograph of a Knights Cross Holder from the Fallschirmjager.
This photo and autograph depicts Knights Cross holder Hauptmann Friedrich Wilhelm Wangerin of III./Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 16.
Wangerin was awarded the Knights Cross on 24 October 1944. He was further awarded with the Iron Cross first class, War order of the German Cross, Afrika cuff title and Paratrooper qualification badge.
This autograph is post war signed.
