I am pleased to offer for auction this original German WWII Steel Army Helmet.
It is of a moulded steel construction, and comes complete with inner leather lining head protection, and a fitted chin strap (see photos).
These German Helmets are frequently restored and used to fulfil the needs of the motor cycling fraternity.
CONDITION:
This helmet is in VERY GOOD condition, showing signs of use and storage.
There are no dents.
The Helmet has been chromed at some stage, and this chrome is peeling off.
The lining and chin strap are still nicely intact.
A fine example for restoration.
