The Pro-Pumps GFCP-550S swimming pool pump is designed for the filter circuits of both in-ground and above-ground pools. The prefilter has a transparent lid and a removable filter basket. The turbine attached to the axis made from AISI 420 stainless material and a ante-chamber after the mechanical seal to prevent motor flooding in the event of a seal failure. Ideal for koi ponds
