Please note that all the stylers and hairdryers have their own unique serial number which is on a sticker on the box.  The sticker corresponds with the item in the box which also contains the serial number on a silver tag on the cord.  This tag may not be removed as this will forfeit the warranty.  The stylers all come with a 2 year manufacturers guarantee, dryers with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee. 

Clients can deal directly with ghd for faults etc, all they need to do is contact this tel number 086 010 9366, they will need to provide the seriel number aswell as a proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.  Ghd send a courier to the client to collect the item and send a replacement once the item has been inspected.
