Returns Policy:
Below a brief outline of our returns policy:
1. Returns must be lodged with Radiance Beauty Hub within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Ensure that the product is returned in the original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories in a suitable protective packaging.
3. Then send the package to our Postal Address. For your protection we advise you use a registered delivery service, insured to the value of your parcel.
4. The buyer will be responsible for all courier/postage cost incurred.

Please be advised that once you have received your parcel it will need to be registered on the official GHD website. www.ghdhair.com
All you need to do is enter the serial number from the hologram label that is attached to the cable, as well as the date code found on the product info sticker on the inside arm of the styler. This must be done within 14 days of purchase.
