Boots into bios and windows 10 was loaded before but keyboard is faulty and keys sticking and not functioning properly therefor i decided to sell it as is with no returns accepted.

No ram and no hard drive included. What you see is what you get. Due to the fact that the laptop is not functioning properly i could not test it any further for any other defects.  No battery or charger adapter included. It includes the back covers as they were just removed to show the inside of the laptop.
