Payment should be done within 24 Hours after auction closes.

Items are shipped with 48 hours after receiving full payment( excluding weekends and holidays). Buyer should provide physical address for Door to Door Shipping.

.Buyers should be in South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho only.

.Buyers outside South Africa are resposible for custom taxes/import charges.

.In the event an item is faulty, the buyer has 7 days from receipt of the item to contact us in order to request an
exchange or return. All sales are final after 7 days from receipt of the item.

.The costs of returning faulty items are payable by the user and only traceable shipping methods should be used.

.Goods returned must be sent in the original packaging, with all accessories and in a resaleable condition.

.We do not accept returns for items that are physically damaged due to misuse or normal wear & tear.
