This is the 'Girl with a coke'

My name is Stephen Scott, and you are viewing my original painting, "Girl with a coke", done with oils on canvas board. The painting was done in the studio from a photos and reference sketches from a beach on the Garden Route.

The day was one of warm days were the horizon becomes a blur and the further this girl walked along the beach the more she lost 'focus' till eventually she became a beautiful mirage.

This painting is 150mm x  310mm and signed. The buyer will receive the painting safely packaged and ready to frame.

A short bit about myself - I grew up living in Pretoria before moving to Cape Town. As a child I always had a pencil in my hand and art was natural for me. Art is my passion. My paintings have sold to mainly South African based patrons while the odd painting has made it as far as Washington DC.
