COMBINING OF ORDERS:

Please advise us when you win the 1st auction that you wish to combine, so that we know to hold your items back. Combining allowed for 14 days only, then parcels need to be shipped.

SHIPPING OPTIONS for SOUTH AFRICA only (Overseas buyers, request a quote from me first):-

Aramex delivery straight to your door only items that fit in the courier sleeve (need your street address).

Postnet counter to counter. Buyer to advise their nearest Postnet branch where buyer will collect from,

only items under 5kg that fits in plastic sleeve, larger & heavier items request a quote from us first (via email).

SAPO normally takes 10-11 working days (strikes/delays naturally out of our control).

SAPO do not issue collection slips. So if you do not receive your parcel in about 10 working days, take your tracking number to your Post Office and enquire, most often the parcel is already there waiting for buyer to pick up.

SAPO send uncollected parcels back after 30 days!!!

**Parcels not collected by buyers within 30 days incurs additional charges & fees for buyer's account. After 30 days we will not entertain any queries as our files are closed.

We will email or sms your tracking number and it is up to the buyer to track their parcel, (naturally we also assist from our side if its within the 30 days period. NO COLLECTIONS. Unable to ship with Pep Paxi.
