DELIVERY

It takes anything between two (2) to eight (8) weeks to finish a bulk order to perfection - depending on how many outfits have to be made. After the order has been completed you will be informed and the package will be sent to you – delivery of which will take approximately 1-7 working days – depending on your chosen method of shipping and/or posting.

RETURN POLICY

We only accept returns in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items of clothing. Therefore – we are limited to accepting returns under similar circumstances. We carefully inspect every item of clothing to ensure it is exactly what you ordered and only send it in absolutely perfect condition. However – if you find something we missed, you have five (5) working days after receipt of the parcel to let us know so that we can remedy the situation as soon as possible. Failure to contact us within five (5) working days after receiving the order, shall not valid for any refund.
