A fantastic Opal from the Welo Highlands of Ethiopia. The gem has a pink body and a wonderful broad pattern of blue and green play of colour. A really awesome gemstone for a large ring or pendant setting. 

Please note that the play of colour is not visible in the images as Opals are very difficult to photograph. There beauty can best be appreciated when viewed in natural light/sunlight. The images do therefore not do these gemstones any justice.
