Shipping :

• Collections  welcome subjected to arrangement. Arrangements for collection is the responsibility of the buyer.
• We use the Post Office for Shipping.  Please let me know should you require any other.
• The first kilogram is R40.90 ( as per Post Office). Our shipping cost is what the post Office quote, given the particular dimensions (hight, width ,depth )AND weight since both are taken in consideration by the Post Office to calculate postage costs.
• Combined parcels: It is always more economical to combine items ~ we charge only the postage and you will pay according to the dimensions and weight as explained above.
• Breakable items :We pack very well ~  please see our ratings. Feel free to purchase glass items .
• As we pack very well ( as our ratings will reflect) and as we  go to a lot of trouble to make sure that your purchase ( i.e. breakable glass and other items) is secure against damage in transit , we will not be held responsible for damage despite our efforts whilst in the care of the post office, courier or any other service and NO  refunds will be made.

• I reserve the right to close items early.  Preferably place your bids if interested or kindly contact me via questions.
• No items will be posted unless full payment as per quote is paid or other  arrangements was made.
• Arrangements for payments and collection remain the responsibility of the buyer.
• If items is not collected within 12 months of purchase it will be sold with NO refund in order to cover storage costs.  Therefore kindly make sure that you update your contact details with BOB regularly  as this is only reference I have to be able to contact you with regards to arrangements for collection.
