Glenfiddich Snow Phoenix

Released in 2010, the Snow Phoenix was inspired by the collapse of several Glenfiddich warehouse roofs in January of that year. Following weeks of heavy snow the roofs collapsed and exposed hundreds of maturing casks. From some of these casks the Snow Phoenix was created by marrying together casks of different ages and types, including American oak and Oloroso sherry. Only 12,000 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at 47.6%. (Bottle size 750ml)
