CAN GLOW PAINT BE USED FOR FABRIC PAINTING?
 
Our Permanent Glow Paints can be applied to fabrics but the fabrics cannot be ironed i.e. these are paints like Plascon paint and not inks. They stay on the fabric surface. Although the paint will be dry and ready to use in 2 hours it takes time to reach full strength.

If left to cure, exposed to air, for 10 days painted fabrics are very resistant to washing and can survive about 40 wash cycles.
If washed sooner the paint will not be as durable.
 
Our Glow Paints are water-based and cannot be used for silk screening.

CAN OUR PERMANENT PAINTS BE SPRAYED?
 
Our Permanent Glow Paints should be applied with brush or roller. The Permanent glow-in-the-dark paints are too thick (high viscosity) and the pigments are too coarse to spray.
 
PAINTING CARS, MOTORBIKES, BICYCLES, HELMETS ETC
 
Our Glow Paints are engineered for application onto masonry and wooden surfaces. They can be applied to correctly primed metals or metal surfaces but do not give a glossy automotive type of finish. As a result we generally do not recommend our paints where an automotive type of finish is required.
