Godetia Azalea Flowered - Godetia azaleaflora - Annual Flower - 250 Seeds

This plant is one of the showiest around with an incredibly long lasting show of flowers, from early summer through to first frosts. It has large semi-double flowers, in shades from pale pink to vibrant crimsons reds and a bushy habit. The petals have a quality which is very distinctive: a satiny sheen together with a slight crumpled texture. The lateral branches all produce five to six blooms in a cluster on top of the plant. It is perfect for use in the border as well as for use as a cut flower. Its stems are strong and the plants are very productive, with yields in the order of fifteen high quality stems per plant. Drought tolerant and disease resistant. One of the best and most satisfactory annuals.
