The Godox AD33 Electronic Adjustable Diffusion Panel delivers advanced, precision-controlled diffusion for cinematographers, videographers, and content creators who require maximum flexibility on set. Designed to transition smoothly from hard, defined shadows to soft, cinematic illumination, the AD33 allows real-time diffusion adjustment via onboard control, remote, app, or DMX, streamlining workflows and expanding creative possibilities in film, video, and photography environments.
Its electronic diffusion system supports two professional operating modes. Level Mode provides intuitive 0100% visualized diffusion control for fast, accurate adjustments, while Light Reduction Mode offers a -0.1 to -2.0 EV range tailored to professional exposure management. Patented frequency adjustment technology with five selectable frequency levels ensures flicker-free performance at frame rates up to 300fps, making it suitable for high-speed shooting.
Built for demanding productions, the AD33 supports flexible power options including USB-C, V-mount, and NPF batteries, delivering up to 20 hours of continuous operation at full load with a 100Wh battery. Its collapsible frame allows quick setup and compact storage, while the removable Velcro-attached diffusion panel simplifies maintenance. With IP54-rated protection, the panel is reliable for all-weather shooting. Control options include controller, Bluetooth app, DMX, and CRMX, with the included AD00-01 controller featuring a built-in CRMX transceiver and Lead/Follow mode for synchronized multi-panel operation.
