The kit includes two 36W full-colour panels, light stands, barndoors, AC adapters and a carry bag. Each LP400R panel draws 36W and delivers up to approximately 1670 lux at 1 metre at 5600K. Its built-in diffusion panel produces an even, softened light that is well suited to interviews, livestreaming, portraits, product photography and small studio productions.
Wide 1800K10,000K Colour Temperature Range
The LP400R offers an extensive 1800K10,000K colour temperature range, enabling each panel to reproduce warm candlelight tones, tungsten illumination, neutral white light and cool daylight.
This broad range makes it easy to match existing light sources, balance ambient lighting or create a specific atmosphere without fitting additional correction filters.
Brightness is continuously adjustable from 0100%, giving you precise control over the intensity of each panel.
Professional Full-Colour Lighting Modes
In addition to adjustable white light, the LP400R offers advanced full-colour control through five operating modes:
- CCT: Adjustable white light from 1800K to 10,000K
- HSI: Hue, saturation and intensity control
- RGBW: Individual red, green, blue and white adjustment
- GEL: Digital colour-gel simulation
- FX: Preprogrammed creative lighting effects
The HSI mode provides access to up to 36,000 selectable colours, allowing creators to produce colourful backgrounds, accent lighting and atmospheric effects without using physical gels.
Adjustable green-to-magenta correction provides additional control when matching other fixtures or compensating for colour casts in mixed-lighting environments.
Accurate Colour Reproduction
With average CRI and TLCI ratings of 96 or higher, the LP400R reproduces skin tones, products, clothing and set details accurately on camera.
This reliable colour performance makes the kit suitable for portrait photography, product photography, interviews, commercial content, social media production and livestreaming where consistent colour is important.

Onboard and Wireless App Control
Each panel can be controlled directly using its onboard controls or remotely through the Godox Light App on compatible Android and iOS devices.
Bluetooth operation provides a control range of at least approximately 15 metres, allowing brightness, colour temperature, colour settings and effects to be adjusted without walking between lights.
The app also makes it easier to control and synchronise multiple compatible Godox lights in a studio setup.
Shape and Direct the Light
Each panel includes detachable four-leaf barndoors, allowing the beam to be shaped and restricted to selected areas of the scene. The barndoors are particularly useful for controlling spill, illuminating backgrounds and creating defined key, fill or accent lighting.
The manually operated yoke provides 360° rotation, allowing each panel to be angled upward, downward or toward a background as required.
AC or Optional NP-F Battery Power
For studio use, each LP400R panel can be powered using its included AC adapter. For location work, the built-in dual battery plates accept two optional Sony-type L-Series/NP-F batteries.
Compatible NP-F550, NP-F750 and NP-F970 batteries are sold separately. Two compatible NP-F batteries are required per panel for battery-powered operation.

Two compatible NP-F batteries are required to power one panel. Four batteries are therefore required to operate both lights in the kit without mains power.
