The included fabric grid offers enhanced control over light spill and direction, allowing you to achieve cinematic lighting with precision. Easy to mount and lightweight, it's the perfect addition to any portable or studio lighting kit.
Easy Open - Featuring a fast release umbrella mechanism allowing for super quick set up and break down. A side zipper allows you to access and deploy the softbox without removing the included white inner baffle and outer diffuser.
Removable Deflector Plate, Grid & Diffusers - Featuring a deflector plate that transforms into a beauty dish-style modifier with crisp catchlights. Creating a punchy effect similar to a beauty dish rather than a softbox. This softbox is supplied with a white inner baffle and an outer diffuser for soft, even illumination. The addition of the removable grid allows you directional control and reduces light spill. The reflective silver interior amplifies output while evenly distributing the light.
Optional Accessories - Godox also offers an optional edge mask that blocks the centre allowing light to spill from the edges of the softbox, producing crisp outlines and refined highlights. The optional edge mask is ideal for product photography, fashion editorials, and commercial still life work.
Broad Compatibility - The UL series is designed to work seamlessly with Bowens mount strobes and LEDs, but it can also work with specific Godox, Profoto, and other mounting systems using an optional speed-ring adapter ensuring adaptability across setups. Godox offers an optional speed ring for the Godox mount (SA-GD), a Profoto mount adapter (SA-PF2), as well as a Broncolor (SA-BR2) one.
