The reverse of both coins features the official logo for the "2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa " as the main design. The German Eagle and South African Secretary Bird [Sagittarius Serpentarius] depicts the transfer of the Soccer World Cup from Germany to South Africa
The Stylised football and the official World Cup designation unify this legal tender coin series. The Coat of Arms, the words "South Africa" and the Year of issue "2006" are featured on both coins
