GOLDEN SHRED MARMALADE - Colour Print - LOVELY PIECE FOR THE KITCHEN

This print is from a 1994 Calendar entitled Advertising Memories, from the archives of the Museum of Advertising & Packaging, Gloucester (reproduced with the kind permission of Robert Opie).  I have included a cropped picture and a complete picture which includes the calendar section at the bottom - (this could be either left on or trimmed off before framing).  It also includes a small text about the origin and history of the product.  Once framed, this would make a lovely piece for a kitchen.

Robert Opie, is a well-known author of many books about British consumerism. He is also a passionate collector of items relating to that same history and nostalgia. Opie’s collection is so vast that it forms the basis for one of London’s newest museums, the Museum of Brands, Packaging and Advertising.
