Goldtool Low Impact UTP KRONE TYPE Punch Down Insertion Tool with Sensor for Krone Modules-for connecting wiring cables to sockets and patch panels-Suitable for wire diameters of 0.4 to 0.8 mm, Retail Box, 1 year warranty
Product Overview The Goldtool Low Impact UTP Krone type Punch Down Insertion Tool with Sensor for Krone Modules is an essential part of any installers kit that was designed for wiring cables to sockets and patch panels used by network and phone wiring professionals. The tool consists of a handle with a spring mechanism inside and at the tip a small square piece of metal with a square hole in it. To use the punch down tool, a wire is inserted in between the two metal blades on a punch down block and the punch down tool is pressed down on top of the wire and the two blades on the punch down block. Krone Module sensor ensures the conductor is fully inserted into the contact before allowing excess wire to be cut off. This requires a bit of pressure until with an audible snap the wire is stripped and contact made as it is pushed down between the two punch down block blades. Suitable for wire diameters of 0.4 to 0.8 mm.
