RARE COLLECTABLE MEMORABILIA  VINTAGE ANDREWS CONNECTION.

A vintage Ocobo J. B. Halley & Co putting improver is offfered here. The metal improver comes in good condition, with signS of overall usage.
Attempting to fix putting woes has been going on for a long time and golf equipment manufacturer Ocobo thought they came up with the answer with this piece.

J B Halley & Company were a London sporting goods retailer, founded by James Bryce Halley, and did some of their own manufacturing. They also based them selves at the prestigious St Andrews Golf Club, as , better known for their golf balls, they started making clubs in 1889 first for wholesale and later for retail, and then added this brilliant putting improver.
Sadly the company closed in 1998, and not many of these are still in existence

It has a diameter of 18 cm.
