We are based in Cape Town, and dispatch our watches via the South African Postal Service. Our postage and packaging price is:

R25.00 Economic Parcel with full tracking. Delivery time 2 to 5 working days.

R42.00 Overnight counter to counter.

We dispatch 5 days per week (Monday to Friday), provided that your payment reaches us by 12:00pm (noon) on a weekday. Items paid for after 12:00pm Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

We check all of our watches to ensure that they are in perfect condition before sending them to our buyers.

Buyers who wish to request for refund must do so within 7 days upon the arrival of the watch. We will only refund if the buyer receives a watch that is damaged or not as described in the item's auction page. Only watches returned in original condition without any physical changes (scratches, shortening of bracelet, etc.) will be entitled to a refund.
