With a built-in touch screen for composing shots and accessing the menu, the GoPro Hero 4 Silver Edition full HD action video cameraallows you to capture POV style footage either wearing the camera or mounting it in a number of creative ways. Moving beyond HD, it can record 2.7K video at 50 fps, Full HD 1080p video at up to 60 fps, and take 12-megapixel stills. To help you catch the action at just the right moment, the 12-megapixel still mode can be set to capture a burst at up to 30 fps. For slow-motion effects, or to analyze actions such as golf swings, there is a slow-motion setting that allows you to record 720p at 120 fps.
For remote monitoring and operation, the camera is equipped with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity letting you pair it with a mobile device or the separately available Smart Remote. There is also a USB port for file transfer, charging, or to connect the included 3.5mm mic adapter. In addition to the bundled flat and adhesive mounts, the camera is also adaptable to a wide range of separately available mounts from GoPro and third-parties to accommodate just about any scenario imaginable.
