4K recording up to 30 frames per second, 2.7K up to 60fps, and up to 240fps on lower resolutions

The GoPro HERO5 Black can record Ultra HD 4K videos at up to 30 frames per second, 2.7K up to 60fps, 1080p Full HD up to 120fps, and HD 960p/720p up to a super fast 240fp. The frame rates of 60fps and higher will enable you to slow down the action for insane slow-mo effects.

Voice commands

Voice command makes recording and taking pictures easy even when you're to busy being a HERO. Keep your hands on the handlebars and start recording your favourite downhill with a simple "GoPro, start recording" voice command, or take selfies with your pole mounted, unreachable HERO5 Black with a simple "GoPro, take a picture" voice command. There are several other voice commands to explore, and native support for 7 languages (More to come) makes this feature very accessible.

The touch-screen display a bright and clear live view of what the HERO5 is recording as well as the current settings, battery life, and available recording time. The GoPro HERO5 Black features 3 strategically placed built-in microphones from which the camera will automatically choose the best audio to record to the video track. An additional microphone (optional) can also used for more professional and directional sound.
