• Return Policy - Items must be returned in the same condition and packaging within 7 days of purchase, all returns carry a 15% restocking fee and no refunds will be made on "special close early auctions requested by the buyer" no refunds will be given to "special buy now" requested by the buyer. Refunds will not include any postage to and from the buyer.Z A R S will arrange postages to and from the purchaser unless otherwise agreed prior to refunding. refunds will only take place 7 days from purchase unless otherwise agreed prior to the refund agreement.On the 7th day the buyer will need to accept the SNC filed prior to refund to avoid further altercations and unnecessary disputes.
