This is a Fancy Yellow ,(chameleon) diamond.  When exposed to light this diamond takes on a Brownish Greenish yellow color. It actually faces up more of a greenish yellow color with a small amount of brownish depending on the type and amount of light. When placed in the dark for 30 minutes or more, the green component fades away, and it appears as a fancy yellow!
