Gorgeous antique porcelain chicken basket salt caddy

This is a well worn porcelain Hen on Nest (circa 1910) that was imported from Germany by the Ebeling & Reuss Co., which was an American importer of European porcelain.

She is marked on the bottom with the number 6503.

Approximate measurements - 15 cm high with a base of 13 cm X 9.5 cm and longest top length of 20 cm. 

She was obviously used extensively, there are many chips in the glaze, also on the inside.  Should you consider to purchase it, please check the photographs carefully to make sure that you take note of the condition.  She is still very pretty! 

I prefer using recycled packaging materials as far as possible.
