GORGEOUS EMBOSSED (RELIEF) FLORAL DETAIL SILVER PLATED JAM/SUGAR PIECE WITH GLASS BLUE INNER & SPOON

Nice piece.  As photographed. It strikes me as being a silver plated

piece, however!  there is a lot of copper showing through (which I

originally thought was tarnish). It is clear to see in this photo, on the

spoon and the sides of piece. That is how it is . Age unknown.  Vintage???. 

It measures approximately height with handle (no spoon)

approximately 15cm, rim diameter of the base piece 12cm

rim diameter of Bristol blue liner 10cm. The handle is fixed and the

piece is on ball feet. There are no markings noted

Again, please note the coppery look which cannot be polished out
