Terms and conditions

All items are sold under the following terms:

1. items are accurately and concisely described with clear images.

2. Should an item not match the description buyer's can return the item for a refund or exchange (depending on availability) within 7 days.

3. Shipping costs for returns will be for the buyers account.

4. Should an item be untested and sold "As is", it will be explicitly mentioned in the listing.

5. Buyers have 5 days to pay and i commit to shipping paid items within 5 days of payment.

6. Should you require any further information before bidding, you are welcome to use the "ask the seller a question" facility.

Note that all gemstones and jewelry items listed under my name gets imported and that the entire parcel is checked and tested by a gemologist. Should you however not be satisfied with your purchase, you are always welcome to use my 7 day full refund policy and return the item. 

General: If a stone is lab-created eg.  Moissanite (which is not available in natural form) it will be stated explicitly. The same applies in terms of Sterling Silver or Gold items. It will only be mentioned in the listing if the item bears an official .925 or the relevant gold carat stamp:

Note: I decided to import cubic zirconia rings and earrings at the request of buyers. The quality is exceptionally good, both in terms of the stone and the setting thereof. These rings and earrings will be priced at very affordable levels.
