BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED TANZANITE  AND DIAMOND FILIGREE 9CT YELLOW GOLD RING. *JEWELLER EVALUATION R8'000*

This beautiful vintage piece of English jewellery features a trio of flowers created using 18 x round cut lavender tanzanites claw set in 9ct yellow gold, surrounded by organic 9ct yellow gold filigree between two bands of 9ct white gold with a row of 9 single-cut diamonds on either side. Measuring 11mm long x 20mm wide x 5mm above the finger, the piece is in really good condition. The solid 9ct yellow gold shank is slightly narrower under the finger for comfort, broadening to the shoulders where it splits into the 3 bands.  a detailed organic openwork design in the gold starts. The pedigree of the piece is evident in it's hallmarks: the jeweller's signature, the Birmingham Assay mark and the 375 hallmark indicating 9ct gold. The ring weighs a serious 3.74 grams and has a lovely wide band across the top of the finger that makes it a look-twice piece on the finger. The ring has been appraised and valued by an independent jeweller at R8'000, and certificate to that effect will accompany the piece. A beautiful and very pretty piece, lovely on the hand!
