Much lovelier than the photograph captures is this special little octagonal religious medal/charm. The image of St Therese holding a bouquet of flowers is in deep violet red enamel on a gold tone background, with a superb 3-D appearance. It is delicate - measuring 15mm- & would look lovely on a charm bracelet, a fine gold chain, or rosary.
These medals are used for prayer as a shield or a protection against evil
