Handcrafted Italian Ceramic Art Grasso Family Tradition
This artistic legacy began with Paolo Grasso (Melilli, Italy 1876 Riposto, Italy 1957), who from a young age showed remarkable talent in shaping clay into expressive sculptures. His passion for craftsmanship became his lifelong work, which he lovingly passed on to his sons, Giuseppe Grasso (19161983) and Giovanni Grasso (19251999).
Originally based in Randazzo and later in Riposto (from 1943), the Grasso family established a name for refined ceramic artistry. Continuing this proud tradition, since 1986 in Giarre, Anna Grasso (Giovannis daughter) has carried on the familys heritage. Each piece is still produced with the same dedication to detail and artistry, following time-honored techniques and crafted entirely by hand.
A true representation of Italian craftsmanship, these works embody not only beauty but also a rich history of generational artistry.
